2. Factors of influence


6.1 In the context of the acquisition of a new car, what are for you the most important purchase criterion?

This question allows us to determine what the spontaneous factors of purchase for the interviews are. Then the interviewer’s role is to link these criteria with the list above, to quote the criteria the interviewee did not mentioned and o ask the interviewee to rank the criteria by order of importance.

6.2 Could you please rank the criteria by order of importance?

 

We have chosen the criteria used in the IFOP 2012 survey in order to compare and contrast our results.
